LEADERSHIP RATIONAL

Leadership styles found on the typology of leadership, but to facilitate and simplify the concept of thinking, it's good just restricted to seven typologies are:

 

LEADERSHIP RATIONAL
In a rational leadership there must be an emotional balance in the interaction and relationship between the leader with followers who are free from prejudices and far from being jealous. A rational leader who can understand human behavior, he was able to investigate what one can do and what they also do not like about it.
Rational leadership will also describe the character of a leader who can see the various matters objectively and understand things from others' viewpoints. Leaders who are not rational members a chance on himself to mosional involved in solving a problem, so finally having difficulty in making a decision. When viewed from the point of leadership style, rational leadership may be more appropriate to use a participative style and persuasive.
Rational leadership in the application will look in thinking and acting objectively realistic. He will not ask for more, except in accordance with the ability of his followers. His followers will respect and honor their leader, because leaders are able to feel what he felt by his followers, both on attitudes and behavior and about their primary and secondary needs.
