Leadership styles found on the typology of leadership

Leadership styles found on the typology kepemimpinana but to facilitate and simplify the concept of thinking, it's good just restricted to seven typologies are:

 

 
A. TRADITIONAL LEADERSHIP
Traditional leadership is a leadership that was born in the midst of a primitive society or a society emerging. In primitive societies, the concept of leadership will emerge as an answer to the objective conditions they experienced, as a matter of life and the lives they see themselves stagnation.
For example clashes and riots between tribes, or their basic needs are not met, especially the need for food and or to maintain the unity of existence and unity of each group of them.
In this context, developing leadership style is in the form of feudal, because who has the guts he would come forward, and once captured will maintain even pass on to offspring. Leadership feudalistic in nature, a leader can succeed in his leadership, but also can not achieve its objectives. Successful if the leadership style motivational, persuasive and movatif. But will fail when using repressive leadership style, investigative and instructive. It is an applicative forms of traditional leadership typology.
